Fire Concepts has developed a line of decals especially for the Fire Protection Community. We understand fire protection systems and we know the value of having the right information available to the right people.

About Our Quality Materials...
How are the decals made?
Our decals are made of quality materials and screen-printed for quality and clarity. "Poly-vinyl" decals consist of a polyester laminate over screen-printed vinyl, so they will not tear easily, even when they take a beating. Hardhat decals are made of a special flexible vinyl that conforms to the curve of the hardhat. Contractor decals are made of 4 mil white vinyl.
Are the decals permanent?
We use a special permanent adhesive that increases in holding strength over time. If mis-aligned when initially installed, the decals can be removed and re-applied, yet they stick tight once in place.
What about outdoor use?
The decals are suitable for outdoor use. We use UV-resistant inks to help resist fading, even in sunny outdoor locations.
Will they tear?
Paper decals tear easily, even when plastic coated. Our poly-vinyl material is difficult to tear, even when punctured.
What if the decals get wet?
The materials used are moisture resistant. However, because the strength of the adhesive grows over time, we recommend keeping the decals dry for the first 24-48 hours after application.
How do I apply the decals?
Our decals are cut to shape and self-adhesive. Just peel off the paper backing and place on a clean, dry surface. The decals adhere best on a smooth non-porous surface, however they have been successfully applied on brick and concrete. Remove any loose material before applying the decal.

How to Order...
Ordering is easy.
To order online:

- Use our online catalog to find the decals you want.
- Indicate the quantites and options you want for items on each page and click an "ADD TO CART" button.
- When you are ready to "CHECKOUT", enter the requested information and submit your order.

To order by phone, fax or mail:
- Option 1: Use our online catalog to select the items you want. During the checkout process you will be given the option to print your order for submission by fax or mail.
- Option 2: Use a pre-printed order form. Fill in the requested information (instructions are included on the form). To view a printable order form that you can fax or mail, click here. Our printed catalog also includes an order form.

Because we cannot stock decals in all languages, a minimum order is required.

Order Processing Time...
Average production time for a stock decal order is 1-3 weeks. Orders which include custom items will be shipped complete when the custom items are available unless other arrangements are made.
Additional processing time may be required depending on the method of payment. Details for payment options are found below.
Non-English or Multi-Lingual decals also require additional processing time. Please inquire when placing your order.
Shipping time is additional. We offer several shipping options to meet your need. For shipping information, see below.

Shipping Options...
Standard shipping within the continental U.S. is by UPS ground. If you require faster service, UPS offers a variety of options. When you place your order, you may choose the service you desire. Please note that order processing time is in addition to shipping time (see above).
If you desire to change your shipping options while your order is in process, contact us by phone or email. For example, you may request to change from UPS Ground to UPS Second Day Air. We cannot change shipping options on orders already in transit.
Actual shipping charges will be added to credit card orders and orders billed on account. Pre-paid orders (check, money order, wire transfer) must add $10.00 for ground shipping. We reserve the right to bill for any additional shipping charges that may be incurred on large or heavy orders.
Pre-paid orders will not be shipped by air unless provision is made to pay additional shipping charges. We will be happy to estimate shipping charges for you if you wish to pre-pay. You may contact us by phone or email.
International orders because of the variability in international shipping, we will determine an estimated shipping cost when the order is placed. Customs duties and fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Pricing and Fees...
Prices for our stock decals are listed in our catalog. Prices given are per decal or per sheet of decals, as indicated in the decal description. There are no "hidden fees". Pricing for custom Hardhat and Contractor decals and metal signs can be found here.
All other custom decals are priced per decal or per sheet of decals. There are no setup or artwork fees as long as a minimum quantity is ordered. To request a price quote, click here.
Shipping charges are additional. Actual shipping charges will be used whenever possible. Estimated shipping charges will be added to prepaid orders. See the shipping options (above) and payment options (below) for more information.
Minimum order is $25.
Illinois residents must add 6.5% sales tax.
All prices are given in U.S. dollars. Payment is required in U.S. dollars.

Payment Options...
U.S. Customers Payment may be made with any of the following:
- VISA or MasterCard. Order will be processed immediately once credit is approved.
- Money Order or Cashier's Check. Order will be processed as soon as payment is received.
- Personal or Company check. First time orders will not be processed until the check has cleared. Repeat customers in good standing will have orders processed as soon as the payment is received. NSF checks will be assessed a fee.
- Wire Transfer. Customer must pay any fees assessed by the issuing bank. Order will not be shipped until the transfer has been completed. Custom orders will not be sent to production until the wire transfer has been completed.
- Purchase Order or Open Account (Net 30). Available only to companies with approved credit. To view our credit policy, click here. For a credit application, click here. Customers with approved credit and in good standing will have orders processed immediately.
International Customers Due to delays common in processing international checks, we require one of the following payment options for international orders:
- VISA or MasterCard. Order will be processed immediately once credit is approved.
- International Money Order. Order will be processed as soon as payment is received. We recommend using an express delivery service to ensure payment is received promptly.
- Wire Transfer. Customer must pay any fees assessed by the issuing bank. Order will not be shipped until the transfer has been completed. Custom orders will not be sent to production until the wire transfer has been completed.
All payments are required in U.S. dollars.
